Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
